Much worse: on the very first day of use, I received a text message from T-Mobile saying that I had already used up 50% of my purchased 12GB of data. Outraged, I wrote to support with a screenshot showing that I had bought Unlimited Data. Support replied that I should ignore these messages, I had Unlimited Data. Okay?
No sooner said than done, today I have now reached 100% of the 12GB and can no longer use the Internet. So I was sold 12GB as Unlimited and the support is brazenly lying to me.
