Strawberry Cheesecake Cookie Cups
1hr · 20 servings Ingredients: • 1 box Pillsbury™ Moist Supreme® Strawberry Flavored Premium Cake Mix • 1 stick butter, melted • 1 egg • Strawberry jam • 1 tub Pillsbury™ Creamy Supreme® Cream Cheese Flavored • Frosting • Piping Bag • Piping tip (2D) Steps: 1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease mini muffin tray with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside. 2. Beat cake mix, melted butter and egg in a large bowl with mixer (or by hand) on medium speed until dough forms. 3. Scoop dough balls into prepared mini muffin tin using 1 Tbsp. cookie scoop. Press a spoon gently into the center of each cookie up, making a small indentation. 4. Bake for 9-11 minutes until lightly brown. Allow to cool completely. 5. Spoon strawberry jam into indentations.
