I hope you enjoy. Recipe Below 🧡 Ingredients: 4 pounds beef bones 3 large carrots, cut into 3 inch pieces 2 yellow onions, peeled and cut in half 1 head of garlic, cut off top and break apart (do not need to take off skin) 3 sticks celery, cut into 3 inch pieces 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon kosher salt, plus 1 teaspoon for taste 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1 bay leaf 2 tablespoons parsley Directions: Preheat the oven to 350°. Place bones, carrots, onions, garlic, celery, olive oil, and salt on a baking sheet. Put in the oven for 45 minutes, or until bones and onions have browned. Remove from oven. Fill a large stock pot two-thirds full with water and place on the stove at medium heat. Carefully place all ingredients from the baking sheet into the water, including any oil and fat from the bottom of the tray. Add parsley, bay leaf, apple cider vinegar, and tablespoon of salt to the broth. Bring broth to a boil and skim off any froth at the top with a spoon. Cover stock pot leaving just a little air to escape and let simmer for 6-12 hours. The longer the better Drain broth through a colander, discard vegetables and bones and place broth in freezer safe containers. Use right away or freeze and use within 6 months. #theranchtable #bonebroth #bonebrothrecipes #bonebrothheals #sogood #bonestock | Elizabeth Poett | Facebook
