No amount of running, jumping, gym, weight lifting or yoga can save you from having a hanging tummy, if you have Diastasis Recti like 75% women have after pregnancy. 

So,
Step 1 is to check yourself for Diastasis Recti – shown in my previous video how to do that.

And..
Step 2 is to heal it. Once the DR is fixed, flat tummy won’t be far from you.

As a beginner, practice each exercise for
45 seconds * 2 sets

Slowly, go up to
1 min * 3 sets

If you can do it twice a day, nothing like it!! You will definitely see visible changes in a month.

Keep measuring your DR gap in every 15 days. Please don’t measure daily 🤗❤️
