Traditions of Varanasi - "Masan Ki Holi" Mythologically, Lord Shiva celebrates Holi with his devotees at Kashi Vishwanath temple after coming here with Goddess Parvati on the occasion of Rangbhari Ekadashi. Since lord shiva's ganas were not able to play holi with him on Rangbhari Ekadashi,He,the lord himself, comes next day to play holi with them on manikarnika ghat. This holi is called Masan ki Holi and it's played with pyre ash on cremation ground. It is an age-old tradition of the city Masan Holi Varanasi, Shiv Bhagwan, Manikarnika Ghat, Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Kashi Vishwanath, Goddess Parvati, Paper Crafts Diy Kids, Varanasi, Lord Shiva
