When I made the first series of 400 ml and 550 ml chawans, the thought of creating a set came up. So finally, with joy I have made the bowl with spout for preparing matcha tea. I will explore it in other glaze colours, but right now I like this desert-copper matte glaze colour with a combination of light, vibrant green matcha. Does matcha give you energy? I made three of these matcha bowls, each slightly different. Two sold out within minutes of going online and are now on their way to their new homes. These have been my absolute favorite matcha bowls so far, probably because of the glaze and the texturing. They’ve also taken the longest to make!
