Ingredients:~
- 1 cup oats
- 3/4 cup masoor dal (soaked for 30 mins)
- 1/4 cup moong dal (soaked for 30 mins)
- 1 small beetroot, peeled and chopped
- 1-inch ginger
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt, to taste
- Water, as needed
- Oil/ghee, for cooking
Recipe:~
1. Blend all ingredients with water into a smooth batter.
2. Pour batter on a hot tawa, spread into a dosa.
3. Drizzle oil/ghee, cook till crispy. Serve hot & enjoy.

Like dosas, these are usually a two day process, but here's my Instant go-to version that's healthier and ready in minutes.
