Ingredients A (to be dry toasted)
Sichuan Peppercorns
Cinnamon stick 
Star Anise

In a mortar and pestle, Pound the peppercorn until you get a fine powder.

Into a heat resistant bowl-
Ingredients  A
Minced garlic 
Grated ginger
Chilli flakes 
Gochugaru 
Bay Leaf 
Salt
A pinch of 5 spice powder (optional) 
Bouillon powder (very optional) 

In a small pot, heat up oil till it’s smoking hot, pour into the bowl with spice mixture.

Too lazy to make wontons but need a fix, then try these wonton noodles made out of wonton skin !!

Ingredient 
150 gm Wonton Wrappers or Skin 
Thawed and at room temperature 
1 Tbsp Oil
4 Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)
1 Fresh Red chilli (finely chopped)
2 tsp Red chilli pepper ( I’ve used Gochugaru )
1-2 Sprigs Fresh Coriander (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
2 tsp Sesame Seed Oil

Instructions 
Boil water in a pan with some salt, and meanwhile take the wonton wrappers and with a sharp knife cut the stack into thick strips. Make sure you cut thick strips, because thinner ones will form a clump together once cooked.
Cook then prepared noodles in batches agin to avoid clumping and keep the rest cover Garlic Broth, Wonton Noodles, Sesame Seed Oil, Chilli Oil, Muslin Cloth, Wonton Wrappers, Sesame Seed, Sharp Knife, Chilli Pepper
