grabbed this round hanger from Dollar Tree as well as this
stencil from Amazon. I placed a stencil on the wood round and
kind of marked off where the two sections meet. And then on
those markings, I put down some masking tape on one side. I
brushed on some antique wax by Waverly. Blended that all in
with a baby wipe. I did the same thing on the sides as well
as the entire back. Once that was completely dry, I
taped off the wax section on the front and painted the other
side with ink chalk paint by Waverly. Next I'm taking this twelve
inch round stencil and pixie spray both I got from Amazon. I

Compared to the amount of Halloween decorations I display in October, I find I really lack fall decor come November. Earlier this fall I made Twine Pumpkins and a Fall Wood Bead Garland , but I was looking for more DIY ideas. I came across a round wooden serving tray on Pinterest. Today, I'll be using this twelve-inch round canvass that I got from Michael's and I took burnt umber acrylic paint. Sprayed it with some water and used a baby wipe to apply it to the wood round. After I had that all dry I measured the inside of it and it's about 10 and a half inches. And then I took this 11 by fourteen frameless canvass I got from Dollar Tree. And on the backside of it I took those measurements. Across and up and down. Got my center marking for both of those. So it's five and a quarter for the center. And then I took a protractor. Put it in the center and then my circle. I then just took my scissors and cut out that circle. And then sand it down the edges.
