This is Sandra’s Modern Grey and White Neutrals quilt and there is a tutorial on the Diary of a Quilters blog here. I actually was Sandra’s personal shopper for this quilt as I picked out the fabrics for her when I was down in Swan River teaching at Fabriculous. A lot of the fabrics are Zen Chic fabrics from the Modern Background Essentials line but we through in a few other fabrics to give it more variety. I thought I was almost finished with the quilt and was ready to sew on the last border. I laid it on the bed and decided I would like it twice as big. The left black border will have to be taken off. I have plenty of black and whites...so I back to cutting again. It does go very fast. The back is going to be black, white and red.

I have made a few quilts using my AccuQuilt 3.5" tumbler die but this is the first quilt I have used using my 6.5" die.
