Horse shoe butterfly. Use four old horseshoes for the wings, half inch re-bar for the body, cut nails for the antennae (with two small ball bearings welded on) and tail. The post is made from three eighths re-bar. I used a wire wheel to clean the rust before MIG welding it together. After it cooled I sprayed it with some clear paint. This is garden art for around my house. I had some old horseshoes lying around my shop and looking at them I realized that they would make a great butterfly.
