Recipe details: 

1. Steam the sweet potato and peel the skin 
2. In a pan add 1 cup water ,some ghee and sesame seeds,let it boil and add 1 cup ragi flour and mix it 
3. After mixing it cover it for 3-4 minutes,after that knead the dough nicely and keep it aside
4. For the stuffing, In a bowl add sweet potato and mash it well , then add ginger,garlic,green chilli and cumin paste , coriander powder,cumin powder,salt and fresh coriander,mix it altogether 
5. Make small dough bowls and stuff the masala and roll it to make a paratha

Swarna | Recipe video creator on Instagram: "Winter Comfort Ep 1 - Sattu ka paratha 😋 Ingredients: For sattu stuffing: Sattu - 2 cups Garlic - 2 tbsp Ginger -1 tbsp Green chilli - 1 tbsp Onion - 1/3 cup Kalonji - 1/2 tsp Ajwain - 1 tsp Salt to taste Achaar -1 tbsp Lemon juice - 1 tbsp Mustard oil - 2 tbsp Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp - Mix well and set aside. - Make semi soft roti dough using wheat flour water and salt. - Take a ball size portion of the dough. - Make space in the centre. Place the sattu filling. - Enfold the dough.
