Scifi shield

I do love sci-fi setting, so I made this shield. I was inspired by lunar shield from Anno 2205, also the base of my shield was Winston's Shield from Overwatch. Almost everything you can see is a shader in Ue4. I just drawn several simple textures in ps and use them in material editor. Small tail, that comes out sphere shield is particle with procedural sphere mask texture.

A sci-fi shield concept. On the front side of the shield there are cameras that show the owner of the shield what is going on in front. Also on the front side there are two modules that generate a shock wave directed forward.

As a big fan of Call of duty, i decided to model their Riot shield from COD:MW just for the sake of training.. it took me about a month (i know it's way too much) but during this time i was practicing and learning new stuff about substance painter and modeling.. i hope y'all like it

This is my first new upload in a while so here you go, another sci-fi themed weapon concept that I made after thinking on how I could make a shield versatile in not only defensive but offensive play as well. Most of the inspiration on this shield came from two Gundam series; "The witch from mercury" and "Gundam 00". I like how it turned out, however I want to get better at making these types of weaponry going forward.
