Visitors to Dezeen Space on 24th Sep 2011 experienced an installation by Polish studio mode:lina which allowed them to listen to the ambient sounds of the local area through a tangle of corrugated plastic tubes. The Audiochmura installation, which loosely translates as “sonic cloud,” amplified sounds recorded in the streets surrounding Dezeen Space on Rivington Street.
