I was given a some yellow plums so I am trying out a Plum Brandy recipe. I have not made it before. I started the Brandy in August and it will be ready just before Christmas. The recipe makes apprx 1 1/2 quarts of Brandy. It is now December and the brandy is ready. It has a lovely warm colour, very clear and the flavour is quite wonderful.
