30min · 4 servings Holi Special Episode 4 • Moongode • Wash and soak 2 C Moong dal. • Grind it and let it rest for 1/2 an hour. • Add salt to taste, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 1/8 tsp hing, 2 medium size chopped onions, grated Ginger 1 tsp , 2 chopped green chillies and some fresh coriander. • Mix it really well with the dal mix. • Take small portions of the mix and fry it in a hot oil until golden brown. Serve hot with the Chutney.
