Walnut & Red Chilli Chutney 🌶️😍
Process: - Soak the dried red chillies in hot water - Toast the walnuts on low-medium heat for 5-6 minutes until golden brown - Add some oil to the pan along with the onion, garlic and soaked red chillies - saute for a few minutes - Add everything to a blender along with salt, jaggery, lime juice and tamarind paste and water - Blend until smooth - Heat up oil, add the chopped walnuts, dried chilly, hing & curry leaves - Top up the dip with the tadka - Serve with your favorite accompaniment and enjoy!
