Clause 7 — Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall first be referred to mediation under the Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013 (NSW). If mediation fails within 30 days, either party may commence proceedings in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

This Agreement is subject to stamp duty under the Maharashtra Stamp Act, 1958. An unstamped or insufficiently stamped agreement is inadmissible as evidence in any Indian court.
