Rien ne révélera plus un trait de caractère maléfique que d'être cruel envers tout le monde, de trahir ennemis autant qu'amis. Grand Malevolence n'est pas une parole lancée en l'air. Dans son deuxième opus, Depravity ne retient plus ses coups : le flot de haine se déverse pendant cinquante minutes, frappe par son style ouvertement brutal death metal et partage des visions de l'apocalypse.
