About EyalSec
What
EyalSec makes es-python, a secure Python runtime that runs your existing code unchanged, follows untrusted data through the running program, and reports or blocks it when it reaches a dangerous operation such as a SQL query, a shell command, deserialization or a file path. Its second product is es-chromium, the EyalSec browser for DOM XSS testing.
Who
Founder-led and early-stage, founded by Eyal Gabay, who reported the two Django SQL-injection CVEs that es-python surfaced; Django's advisories credit "Eyal Gabay of EyalSec". There are no public customer names or case studies yet, and this page will not pretend otherwise.
Where
Petah Tikva, Israel. Eyal Gabay trades as "EyalSec", a sole proprietor registered in Israel; the terms carry the registration details. The service is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the il-central-1 (Israel) region, as the security measures and sub-processors pages state.
