1. Agreement and scope
By using fathin.ee, including Talk to Fathin, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the interactive features.
The public portfolio may be browsed without an account. Full Talk access currently requires Google sign-in. The service is not designed for children under 16.
2. Talk to Fathin is an AI guide
Talk to Fathin is AI-generated. It uses reviewed public material about Fathin, current conversation context, and cited public-web research when requested. It may speak in the first person to make the exchange natural, but it is not Fathin participating live and cannot make commitments on his behalf.
AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Sources may also be inaccurate or change after retrieval. Check important facts against the cited source and use your own judgment.
The service is for general information and idea exploration. It is not professional advice, including legal, medical, financial, cybersecurity, or investment advice. It is not an emergency service.
3. Your account
You are responsible for activity carried out through your authenticated session and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Do not attempt to use another person’s account or bypass authentication, quotas, safety controls, or rate limits.
Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its providers, Fathin, or other people from abuse or security risk.
4. Your inputs and generated output
You keep any rights you already have in what you submit. You permit the service and its providers to process that material only as needed to provide, secure, and operate the requested feature.
Do not submit secrets, credentials, highly sensitive personal data, unlawful material, or confidential information you do not have permission to use. Voice input should contain only speech you are entitled to record and send.
You may use generated replies for your own lawful purposes, subject to any third-party rights and provider terms. Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique, and similar material may be produced for someone else.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to:
- break the law, infringe rights, harass, deceive, or cause harm;
- probe for secrets, private personal information, system prompts, credentials, or protected infrastructure;
- introduce malware, disrupt the service, evade safeguards, or generate excessive automated traffic;
- impersonate Fathin or present an AI reply as a personal promise, endorsement, or verified statement from him; or
- copy or exploit the voice model, reference audio, site code, or protected assets beyond what applicable law permits.
6. Site ownership and external links
The site design, original writing, images, character assets, and other original materials belong to Fathin or their stated licensors. Third-party names, products, open-source components, and linked materials remain subject to their own rights and licences.
External links and cited sources are provided for context. Fathin does not control their availability, accuracy, security, or privacy practices.
7. Availability and responsibility
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be changed, rate-limited, interrupted, or removed, especially where a third-party AI, authentication, hosting, research, transcription, or voice service is unavailable.
To the extent allowed by law, Fathin is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Changes, law, and contact
These Terms may change as the service develops. The update date above will change when the terms do.
Estonian law governs these Terms, without taking away any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
