90 minutes
Unpack what has been weighing on you without needing to organise, justify, or polish it first.
A private 3-session life-navigation process that helps you identify what keeps repeating, turn reflection into structured action, and leave with a practical 14-day plan.
3 private sessions plus a Day 14 integration check-in.
3 × 90 minutes, followed by 1 × 45 minutes.
Personal Pattern Lab Report, 14-day Implementation Plan, guided reflection space, and Day 14 check-in.
From SGD 300 for the Pioneer Cohort.
This structured process translates mental clutter into a clear, visual roadmap you can rely on long after our sessions end. Across the Intensive, your reflections are synthesised into practical tools. These aren’t “extras”—they are the foundation of the Fenara experience.
Your patterns made visible.
A personalized, written synthesis that maps the specific loops, triggers, avoidance habits, and decision blocks keeping you stuck.
Built directly from your insights, stories, and Noticing Log, this report translates our session discoveries into a clear framework. It helps you understand exactly what keeps repeating, why it happens, and what it is pointing you toward—giving you a tangible anchor to return to whenever you feel yourself slipping back into old loops.
Your next steps made practical.
A realistic, 14-day blueprint designed to translate insight into small, intentional actions you can easily integrate into your daily life.
Rather than demanding a dramatic life overhaul, this plan focuses on gentle, manageable adjustments—such as reflection prompts, boundary experiments, habit tweaks, or conversation starters. The goal is simple: to interrupt your old patterns and give you the practical momentum to finally move forward.
Your reflections kept in one private place.
A private, quiet space for your Noticing Log, reflections, and Clarity Map. This keeps our work alive between sessions.
There is no pressure to perform or write long entries here—even a single sentence is plenty. Its only purpose is to catch those small, real-life moments when said patterns recur, so we can use them to build your personal Pattern Map and 14-day blueprint.
Your direction made clearer.
A guided reflection to help you look ahead and see where your current patterns are leading. It helps you clarify a direction that actually fits who you are and want to become, and find the exact first step to get there.
This isn’t about creating a perfect life plan—it is simply about making your next step feel less vague and much more grounded.
Your progress reviewed and refined.
Many services end with “good luck”—Fenara doesn’t. After you have used your 14-day plan, we meet again to bridge the gap between session clarity and your actual routine.
This check-in is never about judging whether you “succeeded.” It is a supportive space to look at what worked, what got in the way, and what needs adjusting so the system fits naturally into your everyday life. You will leave with clear next steps, alongside a moment to ask yourself: “Is this enough for now, or do I want more support to keep going?”
Fenara is designed for structural continuity, not isolated conversations. Every step builds directly on the last: your sessions inform your Noticing Log, which shapes your Pattern Lab Report, which then guides your 14-day blueprint. You never have to start from scratch.
If you find you want more time to integrate these changes after the Intensive, or if your goals have not been fulfilled after the Intensive, extended sessions are available. These are entirely optional, transparently priced, and will always be discussed clearly with you first.
The goal is not to keep you dependent on Fenara, but to guide and equip you with the clarity, structure, and self-understanding required to move forward with confidence.
A structured 3-session arc that moves from release, to pattern recognition, to practical implementation.

Fenara is a structured life-navigation process for individuals who are not in crisis but feel stuck or overwhelmed. It does not provide therapy, counseling, clinical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, medical care, or crisis support.
Fenara is designed for functioning young adults who feel stuck, overloaded, or unable to translate insight into action.
Session 1 helps you unpack what feels tangled. Session 2 maps the repeating pattern. Session 3 turns that pattern into a personal roadmap and 14-day plan. Day 14 reviews what is working in real life and what needs adjusting.
You leave with a Personal Pattern Lab Report, a 14-day Implementation Plan, a guided reflection space, and a Day 14 check-in to help you review your follow-through.
A trusted friend can offer comfort, perspective, and emotional support. Fenara offers a structured process, pattern-mapping, written synthesis, and an implementation plan designed to help you move from reflection into action.
The goal is not just to feel clearer. The goal is to leave with a clearer pattern, a more grounded decision direction, and a realistic plan for what to do next. For some clients, that may mean making a decision, starting a difficult conversation, setting a weekly action plan, or finally taking the next step they have been postponing.
I will tell you honestly and help point you toward a more appropriate level of support. If that happens partway through the Intensive, any unused sessions can be discussed fairly.
