It's 2026, and I think it's finally time for Second Life to offer some LGBTQIA+/Pride-themed last names. Every year we see Valentine's-themed last names around Valentine's Day, spooky and Halloween-inspired names in October, and festive holiday names during the Christmas season. If themed last names are already part of the tradition, why not celebrate Pride as well? After more than two decades of Second Life, it would be great to see options inspired by queer culture, history, and community. Names such as Pride, Stonewall, Lavender, Spectrum, Prism, Rainbow, Unity, or similar choices would allow many residents to express an important part of who they are. Especially considering that a significant portion of the Second Life community is LGBTQIA+, Pride-themed last names feel like a natural and long-overdue addition to the available name pool.

I am a Premium member since forever. The Lab just dropped a whopping 21.1% price increase on me, without adding additional value. My landlady (and close friend) is Premium since forever. The Lab just dropped a 14% price increase on her, but since she owns the land, the Lab also granted her a 13% reduction on land costs, which will save her several hundred US$ per year. This new pricing seems to me to be a redistributing from residents to landowners. We regular Premium residents pay more, and the landowners pay significantly less. We non-land-holding residents subsidize the land barons. This is hardly fair. I understand costs are rising across the board. I understand the Lab's costs are rising as well. Had the Lab argued "everythign gets more expensive" and raised the prices - SLIGHTLY - for ALL, I would have understood. But a 21.1% price increase for Premium residents, paired with a 14% subsidy of landowners - in percentages this seems harmless, in absolute US$ amounts it's massive - sends the wrong message. I ask the Lab to reconsider, and restore fairness.

An option to upgrade the prim allowance on a Homestead region, from say 5000 prims to 7500 prims or 10,000 prims. We have options on with upgrade option for a full region from 20,000 prims to 30,000 prims and paying extra for this and think Homesteads could do with an upgrade option also, I think this would help to get Homestead regions more popular and more online and gives people more usability for the space of the region.

I've not seen it in SL, but it could possibly be fun idea for the LL Moles to build. A British style canal network. Sure, on some suitable continent where there is some space available, or maybe Bellerissia. I as a boat builder would be happy to build a selection of canal boats, and I know a couple of other builders who have already built canal boats. Narrowboats as they are known, 6 foot 10 inches wide and 57 feet long (that could be scaled up by say 15% for SL avis), travel around a network of canals that are often only as wide as two or 3 boat widths. Allowing boats to be moored on the side, and others to pass. Locks that are often only one boat width take the narrow boats up and down gradients. Locks make the whole journey interesting, and could be fun in SL if done well. I'd be happy to get involved with designing and building some locks too. This could be a fun activity.

I'm a Premium member since forever, and I was delighted when semi-regular gifts got offered for Premium members. They often were from a home/garden or gadget category, which was perfectly fine. Later, when the Lab sought collaborations with popular designers and released designer branded gifts, they became more fashion and accessory oriented, but as such, still catered to all genders, with the collaboration partners usually offering 1 gift for female AND male avatars. This is what I expected from the inaugural event at ACCESS, but I got dearly disappointed. The number of participating designers was impressive, the number of gifts that could be used with male avatars was not. It was not even close to the roughly 40% in previous installments, but more in the range of 1-digit percentages. As a paying Premium member for almost 2 decades, with those gifts by now included among the officially announced perks of a membership, I felt duped. Sure, I did not become Premium because of those gifts. And I would stay Premium even if those gifts would vanish. But if you say (paraphrased) 'Premium members get cool gifts every now and then', then you should make sure that ALL Premium members should get those gifts. I'm not even expecting 50% (or 100%, like when the gifts were not primarily fashion items). SL is a rather feminime world when it comes to fashion, but I would have hoped for at least 30%, better 40%, of the gifts being usable for male avatars. And yes, the irony of suddenly being the disadvantaged gender does not escape me. You're preaching to the choir here. I have my doubts though that this was an intentional message, and merely assume an oversight, or negligence. So, please, more male fashion, or more gifts - like before - from gadget, landscaping, home and garden, vehicles, etc. Thank you!

Since Plus members have recently had some perks removed I think it would be nice if they were allowed access to Premium sandboxes in consolation... or just because it increases value to the Plus tier and costs relatively little to implement.

One of the big things that SL can do that few other virtual world-type platforms can do, is its in-world building features and the ability to collaboratively create and build. With this in mind, including some kind of sandbox region in SLB, suitably isolated to prevent damage to surrounding regions, could be a good showing of this feature. It can be used as an unpack area, or to do basic build lessons in, show off effects and toys, maybe even enable Combat2 with teleport-on-death set to no action for weapons use up on a sky platform. So long as the region/parcel options are properly set and someone's around to run clean-up or hit the stop button as necessary, the full insanity of open sandboxes doesn't have to impact the other regions. But it can be a good showing of the toys and collaborative silly shenanigans that other VR platforms just don't really do. [attn: Web User Group]

I was so excited about my new land purchase...until I realized that I'd accidentally purchased USELESS land that I'd have to babysit constantly because no one is allowed to say a bad word or wear something "revealing", which is, every article of clothing sold in SL. UGH, now I have to wait for some other sap to accidentally purchase it, or abandon my hard earned money. Why oh why is G rated land STILL allowed at all? Why not put it on sims that people wouldn't visit anyway? At LEAST give a head's up to say- HEY! You're about to purchase a USELESS parcel! Are you sure you mean to do that?

I think being able to join/divide lands in those parts of mainland (via support ticket with conditions) could benefit some users as not everyone wants a 1024 or group of lands to have something bigger. Some benefits of this include the following 1 Show in search would be much improved on such groups of lands. 1 search and accurate traffic ranking for shops etc 2 Privacy settings would be improved especially for show avatars and access management where currently you would not see an avatar on other side of a building with show avatars unchecked and only 1 access list to manage. 3 Setting names, descriptions and land pictures would be far more easy. Argument from LL when I have asked in past has been. The mainland regions with double land impact in the parcels do not allow terraforming changes, including joining or subdividing the parcels as changes may cause accidental object returns elsewhere in the region. But this is not correct as joining/ dividing wont change the total prim usage/capacity Only a change of owner of part would cause any items to be returned and only on your own land. Also many mainland bonus prim sims do allow join/divide. Is also the issue of fairness as today an already joined plot was sold at auction and some others have been joined in the past and todays auction wouldn't have fitted in my proposed rules. As for the rules. 1 All joining/dividing in the suggested regions would only be allowed via support ticket and done at LL discretion. 2 parcels should not be joined if they directly boarder other peoples land. Examples if you own 2 of a group of 4 you cant join if it will be bordering other peoples land but if you have a pair barely touching another land it could be joined (at LL discretion) 3 You can't have land split into smaller bits that where originally available in the sim.

Could you please add switches to the railroad junctions at Bellisseria? And it would be awesome if you could increase the time a rezzed empty vehicle can stay before being returned to the user's inventory (also in Bellisseria). I will edit the coordinates later!
