Returns & Exchanges

At Feel 22, we want you to have a satisfying shopping experience with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward Returns & Exchanges policy:

 

We accept returns and exchanges requests within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please ensure you have photographic or video evidence confirming that the product is still sealed.

 

Returns and refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return request is approved, you will receive a refund in the form of store credits, which can be applied to your next order. We do not provide cash refunds.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item.

If you receive a refund as store credits, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Non-returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for gift cards.

 

Exchanges

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the exchange.

Please be aware that discount codes will not be applicable to the price of the new item.

If there is a price difference for the exchange, you will have to pay the difference in cash upon delivery.

 

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, you will not be responsible for paying the delivery fees of your exchange, please contact our customer service team to handle the case, within 7 days from the date you received the order.

To expedite the resolution process, please provide photographic or video evidence to assist us in assessing your claim.
