Greatest Hits 1970–1986 on The Kinksin 20. lokakuuta 2007 julkaistu kolmen levyn kokoelma-albumi, joka nimensä mukaisesti sisältää brittiyhtyeen kuuluisimpia kappaleita vuosien 1970 ja 1986 väliltä. Albumi koostuu kahdesta kauan aikaa sitten julkaistusta ja myöhemmin täydennetystä kokoelma-albumista; The Kinks' Greatest – Celluloid Heroes (1976) ja Come Dancing with The Kinks (1986) sekä One for the Road -DVD:stä.
