Difficulty: Medium Da far venire l’acquolina in bocca🤤❤️ @gzfoodqood 📌 Salva il Pin! Ingredienti: 1 petto d’anatra Timo q.b. 2 spicchi aglio 1 cucchiaio burro (seconda cottura) Rosmarino Anice 2 succo arance 1 cucchiaio miele 1 cucchiaio demiglace Preparazione: Pulite il petto e incidete la pelle con dei tagli obliqui da un lato e dall’altro. Mettetelo sottovuoto per la prima cottura insieme al timo e l’aglio e cuocetelo a 54 gradi mantenendo la temperatura con un roner per 1 ora. Una volta pronto, procedente con la seconda cottura in padella: rosolate il petto per dargli la giusta croccantezza, nappate con burro aggiungendo rosmarino e anice per dargli un po’ di profumo. Nella stessa padella aggiungete il miele, il succo d’arancia, la demi glace e fate restringere la salsa
