Melt 1/2 cup white chocolate with 1 teaspoon coconut oil, then pour over chilled oats and spread evenly. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens (10-15 minutes). Garnish with mango pieces or toasted coconut flakes if desired, then break the chocolate shell and enjoy.
