Losing a baby is hard. It doesn't matter how many weeks you are when you had your loss. It is all hard. After a loss, it's okay to let yourself be sad or angry. It's okay to not want to be around babies or hear pregnancy annoucements. It's okay to do the things you need to do to take care of yourself.
