For international bereaved Mother’s Day 🤍 I wrote and sent this poem to a friend on here earlier this year, hoping it would bring them a little comfort. I share it with you today and send love to anyone who needs it. 🤍

When speaking to a bereaved mother, it's important to approach the conversation with sensitivity, empathy, and compassion. Grief is a deeply personal and individual experience, and everyone may respond differently.

There are behaviors I've picked up as a bereaved mother. Some seem pretty crazy. I'd like to think I'm not alone. Here are 11 of the craziest.
