This no cook quick and easy chickpea veggie salad is crunchy, flavorful and comes together in minutes! It is made with canned chickpeas, crunchy veggies, feta cheese and an amazing Italian dressing that takes it to a whole new level of tasty. It is great served with a grilled protein like chicken or burgers and makes a wonderful meal prep recipe for the week!
