This video was produced by Network Media, LLC, Elaine Hayhurst and Marty M. | By My Life | We've got six pork chops today. And I have seen this recipe a few times now and I have been dying to try it. We got our six pork chops. Now, we're going to take some Philadelphia onion and chive cream cheese. We are going to a little dollop over each one of our pork chops. Oh that looks so good. Mm. And you can use less if you want but I'm a I'm a more is more kind of person. So we are going to just smash this down a little bit just to get some better full coverage over our chops. Alright. We're just going to smooth out this cream cheese a little bit. So good. So don't forget we are going to lose some of this cheese. So if it looks like a lot now it should it'll it'll make more sense at the end. That is looking delicious. We've got these pork chops nicely covered in our onion and chive cream cheese. Alright. Now that our pork chops are covered. We're going to take a little bit of red onion here. Just a little bit just enough to accentuate the flavoring that already in that cream cheese. So we're not going to go too heavy. But we do want a nice little add a little bit of color and a little bit of you know just like I said flavor accentuation for what is already those pork chops. That looks great. Now we're going to do the same thing for the chives. And we're not going to do too much of this because you can see those chunky chives in the cream cheese. But again you know it's a nice little pop of color in there. Think we're good there. Low up front here. Okay. We're going to bring in our ranch seasoning. We're going to give this a little bit of a coating of ranch. Not too much but just enough to a little pop of extra flavor. Oh this looks so good. Smell the smell the onions and the chives and the ranch now. Oh this is cannot wait to see how this turns out. So now we're going to come in with our Ritz crackers. Roasted vegetable. Cuz you know we want this to be healthy. So we're going to use our vegetable ritz crackers. But what we're going to do now is we're going to go ahead and just break these crackers up right here in the sleeve. Save a little bit of time so now we're going to just go ahead and do a nice coating of our Ritz crackers oh this is going to make a nice crunchy crust on top flavorful with those you know that vegetable infusion in the crackers and looks like we're probably going to use about half the cylinder Alright. I think that is looking delicious. For our final step, we're going to take a little bit of ground black pepper here. We're going to use our little pepper, pepper mill, automatic pepper mill and this a nice coating of black pepper. Now, this dish is ready for the oven. So we're going to take our pork chops now. We're going to put it in the oven. I've got it set to 350 and we're going to give it about 40 minutes. Alright, we've got our pork chops in the oven and now as a little bonus, we are going to show you a fabulous little side dish that goes with this. I just made some stovetop stuffing. Yeah. Happened to grab the chicken one. I don't know. Maybe they make a pork one but I grabbed the chicken but we're going to make it work. Actually, We're going to get the rest of that stuffing. Yum. We don't want to leave it to waste here. Okay. So, now that we've got our stuffing, going to give it a quick fluff per the instructions. Alright, I think that looks nice and fluffy. Steamy. And steamy. You know, one of the things that goes so well with pork is apple sauce. So, we are going to take about a/ 2 a cup of our apple sauce and we're going to add that to our stuffing and we're going to give this a nice mix and I have not had it like this before but I cannot wait to try it because it made so much sense to me. Um given that a little bit of an apple flavor to really compliment those pork chops. Um just I didn't see anything wrong with it. Yum. Alright and then the last little add is we got some dried cranberries. Yum. We are just going to put some of those in. Kinda to taste. I like cranberries. I don't love them. But I think you know just having a hint of sweetness. Uh especially with the onions on the pork chops. That onion flavor. I think it's just going to be a really nice compliment. Uh I don't know about y'all but you know I like to kind of put thing on a on my fork at once. My pork chops and cream cheese sauce and stuffing all in one bite. Okay. Well that is it. How good does that look? Alright y'all. It's been 40 minutes. And I'm telling you this looks amazing. Uh I would say I cannot wait to try it but I snuck a little bite already. And it is it's fabulous. Alright. Let's get our slotted spatula here and you can see this is why we put on a little bit of extra cream cheese because you can see you know some of it melts off and falls off while it's cooking. Grab this pork chop. Uh look at that. That ritz cracker crust is just crisp to perfection. Got our cream cheese, our onion. Mmm, so good. Now, you're come in with our stuffing that we prepared while this was cooking. Wow. And you'll notice no vegetables. It's because we get a full serving of vegetables in our Ritz cracker topping. Just kidding. Alright. Let's go ahead. Got through that layer of cream cheese. Tell you what. I won't make you watch me eat that whole piece. Let's do half of that. Oh yeah. This is a good one. Definitely need to try this. Now we're going to get my favorite bite. We're going to get everything all on one fork here. That's a winner.
