Blinis de courgettes 1 courgette 1 œuf 10 cl de lait 70 g de farine 1 gousse d’ail persil ou coriandre sel poivre huile Dans un bol, fouettez l’œuf la farine et le lait jusqu’à obtention d’une pâte à blinis (un peu plus épaisse qu’une pâte à crèpe).
