The experiences we have in our childhood shape the beliefs we have ourselves, others and the world. We adopt ideas about who we think we need to be in order to be loved and accepted. These personas serve us in childhood, but begin to hold us back and keep us stuck in adulthood. We must go back and heal these inner child wounds so they don't continue to dictate our present and future.
