You cooked too much rice the day before, don’t reheat it, let’s make a New Recipe to another level.

Recipe (for 6 servings)

300g cooked rice
3 eggs
1 bunch of chives
1 tablespoon mustard
100g grated cheese

For the filling:
1 can of tuna 150g
1 medium onion
2 small chili peppers (1 green and 1 red)
2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
..salt and pepper

Procedure:
We mix the leftover cooked rice from the previous day’s dinner, approximately 300g, we add 3 eggs, a small bunch of chives, 1 tablespoon of mustard, and the grated cheese...salt and pepper to taste. We put it in some oven molds and make a hole. in the center and we put it in the oven for about 30 minutes at 375ºF.
For the filling we wi Cooked Rice, 3 Eggs, Chili Peppers, Left Over, Grated Cheese, Chili Pepper, Mayonnaise, New Recipes, 30 Minutes

Though many people online have talked about the dangers of “fried rice syndrome”, which is a type of food poisoning caused by a bacteria named Bacillus cereus, there is no need to be worried about leftover rice (or any other grain since this can occur in other grains and not just rice)!! Just make sure to not leave your grains out at room temp for too long (<2 hrs is the rec) before freezing.
