Wash well & soak for 3 hours -
1 cup rice 
1/4 cup urad dal 
2 teaspoons sabudana/ tapioca pearls
1/2 teaspoon methi/ fenugreek seeds

Soak just before grinding -
1/4 cup poha (i used medium thick poha)

Grind into a smooth batter & transfer to a bowl.
Fermentation for hours or overnight - this is key to make these dosas fluffy & spongy so don’t skip that step!
Heat a cast iron tawa
Pour batter in sets of 3 small dosa
Don’t spread the batter with the ladle, let it flow on its own
Cook on both sides.
