khana_peena_recipe on Instagram: "Recipe of healthy sooji chilla ⬇️  *RECIPE* 1. In a bowl take 1 bowl of suji, one fourth bowl of dahi and mix using water. 2. Make a batter and add 1 chopped onion, half chopped tomato, half chopped capsicum , chopped green chili and garlic along with half tbsp of salt, half tbsp haldi powder, half tbsp coriander powder, half tbsp chilli flakes and half tbsp garam masala and some coriander leaves. 3. Give a good mix and adjust consistency. It should not be runny. 4. Grease tawa with some ghee or oil and spread the batter. 5. Cook for both the sides and enjoy. Aathira Sethumadhavan on Instagram: "Full recipe with macros ⬇️ Granted, these don’t taste like our regular white fluffy idlis - but they still taste good in a different way. ❤️ Oats Rawa Idli Ingredients (69 Kcal, 4g P, 2g F and 9g C per idli - makes 12 standard sized idlis) 1/3 cup powdered oats  1/3 cup + 1 tbsp besan  1/3 cup + 1 tbsp sooji (roasted) 50 g grated paneer  50 g grated carrot  1 tsp grated ginger  1 tsp chopped chilli  Chopped coriander leaves as required  About 180 g Greek yoghurt  Pinch of turmeric and chilli powder  Salt and water as required  1.5 tap ENO or baking soda  Few broken cashew nuts  1 tsp ghee for brushing steamer   Method 1.
