Think Sheet - Free download as PDF File (.pdf), Text File (.txt) or read online for free. This kindergarten think sheet provides students with options to identify how they were feeling (e.g. mad, confused, sad, frustrated), why they felt that way, what behavior issue occurred, and how to show better behavior in the future (e.g. be responsible, honest, a good listener, safe, ready to learn). The think sheet is intended to help kindergarteners reflect on and take ownership of their behaviors.

Instead of just "punishing" students, they need to understand what rule they broke and why they did it. They need to understand what they did was wrong. This worksheet might help the teacher and the parents have insight of the student's actions.

Behavioral think sheets also provide an opportunity for students to develop empathy and perspective-taking skills. As they reflect on their behavior, they are encouraged to consider the feelings and perspectives of others who may have been affected. This helps students develop a greater understanding of the impact of their actions.

Our High School uses this Behavior Reflections sheet. It makes students really think about their behavior, what causes it, and what happens because of it. The teacher, student, and parent have to sign this form, and return it to Admin.
