Each cut out scallop cavity corresponds to a particular cake size (I have sizes 4 inch round to 8 inch round on the stencil). TIP: this design was created with a crumb coat and final coat in mind. It’s also a good idea to leave half a centimetre of space between each marking so your piping has room to breathe.
