Sweet Potato Waffles
Eating Sweet Potato Waffles for breakfast is the most tasty way of incorporating healthy veggies into your diet. There is one full cup of pureed sweet potatoes in 6 waffles. I used brown sugar which you can substitute with sweetener of your choice, but know that it does give a nice molasses flavor to waffles. I don’t recommend substituting oil (butter) with applesauce as there is already a lot of vegetable puree inside.
