These requires zero prep work and they can be on the table in less than 20 minutes. Just bust open a box of garlic bread and add that to a sheet pan and throw it into a 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes. And while that's cooking you're just going to mix up an algebra packet with three cups of water and let it come to a simmer. And once that starts bubbling you can just remove it from the heat and add in a pound of your favorite roast beef. I'm using the stuff from Aldi and I feel like that may trigger some people so if that's you you can rush your own beef if you want to. Once you got that garlic bread nice and crispy you can just use a spoon to smash away your day's frustrations. You add half a slice of provolone cheese to the center of each one. Then they'll get three slices of roast beef each before they get topped with the other half of that provolone cheese and then we'll pop them back in the oven for just a couple of minutes to get that cheese melting. Then when they come out of the oven you can just hit them with some dried parsley to make them look fancy and pour your aju into some little ramekins to serve them with and it's time to eat. Tonight we had this with a salad and the whole dinner was picky kid and picky wife approved.
