Try these 3 seated core exercises: 1️⃣ Seated Side Bends 🔹 Sit tall in a chair, feet flat on the floor. 🔹 Place hands by your side 🔹 Slowly bend to the side, feeling your oblique muscles engage. 🔹 Return to the center and switch sides. 🔹 Do 8-10 reps per side. 2️⃣ Seated Alternating Crunch 🔹 Sit tall, hands over head (as comfortable) 🔹 Lift one knee while bringing arms down and performing a crunch action 🔹 Lower leg and raise arms and repeat on the other side. 🔹 Perform 8-10 reps per side. 3️⃣ Seated Lean-Back Holds 🔹 Sit at the edge of a chair, feet flat. 🔹 Slowly lean back slightly while keeping your core engaged (don’t rest on the chair!). 🔹 Hold for 5-20 seconds, then return to upright. 🔹 Repeat for 3-5 rounds.
