You'll need 1 to 2 nori sheets. ½ medium red onion chopped 1 stalk celery chopped 1 handful fresh parsley or dill, chopped ½ lemon the juice 1 tablespoon pickles or capers, chopped 2 pinches salt or more to taste 2 twists of black pepper INSTRUCTIONS: Drain and rinse 2 cans (15 ounces each) of chickpeas and transfer them into a container with shallow edges, such as an oven dish. Mash them with a sturdy fork or potato masher. Tip: It's easier to mash the chickpeas in a container with low edges, like an oven dish, rather than in a bowl. Add ⅓ cup vegan mayo, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon mustard, and 1 tablespoon nori sheet (blended or finely chopped). Then add ½ medium red onions, 1 stalk celery, 1 handful fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon pickles (all chopped), and the juice of ½ lemons. Season with 2 pinches of salt and 2 twists of black pepper. Mix with a fork until all ingredients are well combined. Taste and adjust for salt. Serve in a sandwich, on toasted bread, on a baked potato, or eat as is, with a side of lettuce leaves as a salad. We all know you can do wraps with gram (chickpea) flour, but these are a totally different ball game and SO darn delicious! Ingredients 2 cup dried chickpeas 3 cups water Optional: 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic salt You cannot use cooked chickpeas for this recipe. Soak 2 cups of dried chickpeas (with baking soda if desired) for at least 6 hours. Rinse, drain and blend with 3 cups of water (plus optional seasonings) until smooth. Heat a non stick pan and use 1/3 cup of mixture at a time. Spread out and let it cook for 3-4mins. Flip and cook for 2-3mins. Set aside and repeat until you have used all the mixture. Cheap, satisfying and could be used for sweet or savoury dishes! Chilli beef folded in a wrap with crispy tortilla chips, melted cheese, a chive sauce and then brushed with garlic butter for an absolute banging quick and easy dinner 🤤 Hit SAVE and let me know if you recreate it 📌💭 Ingredients (serves 2): 2 flour tortilla wraps  50g grated mozzarella  2 ladles of leftover chilli (I pasted my chilli recipe 19th June!) 20g tortilla chips - I used chilli heatwave  5g light butter  Tsp chopped garlic  A sprig of parsley chopped  Chive sauce (could sub with sour cream and chive shop brought)  60g fat free greek yoghurt ¼ tsp garlic granules  ¼ tsp onion granules  Tsp dried chive  Tsp distilled vinegar  💗Start by making up the chive sauce and set to one side.  💗Next, slice the wrap half way down the center. In one quadrant, add the cheese, then the chilli beef, the tortilla chips, followed by the chive sauce.  💗Fold carefully before transferring to a pan. Keep on one side for a minute and half before flipping for a further minute and half.  💗Whilst the wrap cooks, in a bowl melt the butter and chopped garlic in a microwave.
