Research Tooling for People Who Are Accountable

We build the terminal we wanted when the alternatives cost more than a junior analyst.

Why We Exist

Financial data has been gatekept behind paywalls for decades. A Bloomberg seat runs about $27,000 a year; Refinitiv and FactSet price similarly. That locks out emerging funds, boutique family offices, independent portfolio managers and the next generation of analysts — not because they lack the judgment, but because they lack the budget.

We started by giving the core away. The open-source FinceptTerminal put real market data, equity research and charting in anybody's hands for nothing, and it stays free and public on GitHub. But a free tool built on public data can only go so far — the work that actually moves an investment decision needs private datasets, serious compute for research agents, and the access controls a compliance team will sign.

That is what Fincept Terminal Enterprise is: the private edition, where the product is now developed. 41 modules spanning agentic research, a quant lab, derivatives, alternatives, macro and geopolitical intelligence — priced per seat, per month, at a fraction of what the incumbents charge. The two editions serve different needs, and we say plainly which is which.

RESEARCH FIRST

A terminal should do the analysis, not just display the numbers. Every module earns its place by removing work from an analyst's day.

STILL OPEN

The open-source edition remains on GitHub under AGPL-3.0, free for personal and academic use. Compliance teams can read how the core data workflow behaves before anything reaches their network.

HONEST PRICING

Per seat, per month, published on the site — no quote-only pages and no annual lock-in. From $99 against roughly $27,000 for a legacy terminal seat.

BUILT TO BE CHECKED

Every module we advertise is a real tab documented in a 700-page manual you can read before you buy. Claims that cannot be verified do not belong on a page.
