Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return period, allowing you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. You can return items that are not to your satisfaction, have defects, or were shipped incorrectly. Please ensure the package is shipped back within this time frame too. Returns sent beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Processing Returns

It usually takes about 4-8 days for the package to arrive at our warehouse.

Upon arrival, the return package undergoes a routine inspection which typically takes 2-4 days. After the inspection is completed, we will process the refund in the next two days.

Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email, and it will be credited back to your original payment account within a few days. The exact timing depends on your bank's processing system.

Shipping and Costs

Should you wish to return an item for reasons other than a defect, please note that the return shipping costs will need to be covered by you. 

-For U.S. domestic customers- We offer the convenience of using our return label. This service costs $9, which will be automatically deducted from your refund.

-For international customers- Due to the complexities of cross-border shipping, we are unable to provide a return label. You are welcome to return the item using any shipping carrier of your choice.

Return Address

Your returns should be sent to our warehouse in Atlanta, U.S. The specific address will be provided after the approval of return request.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or discrepancies, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue and cover the return shipping fees.

Exceptions

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customs duties and taxes are not refundable; please contact your local customs office for these refunds.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the unsuitable product and place a new order after your return is accepted.

How to start a return?

You can simply click here for return request:     Request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

    a. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

    b. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

    c. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request Return.

NOTE:

-Domestic Returns (U.S.)-: Upon approval of your return request, U.S. customers will receive a return label along with instructions on how to use it.

-International Returns-: After approval, international customers will be provided with the detailed return address and instructions on the return process.
