Shipping policy

Overview

• We offer free shipping on Canadian orders over CAD$30 and USA orders over USD$30
• All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days
• Estimated delivery time: 4 to 14 business days in Canada
• The product will be carefully packaged
• All orders ship by regular mail unless specified
• Items sent by regular mail do not include tracking 

We charge a flat rate shipping fee on Canadian orders under CAD$30 and USA orders under USD$30 at checkout.

Both domestic and international orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days from the time the order is completed and the payment is accepted. Once your orders are shipped, it usually takes 4 to 14 business days to receive orders in Canada. For orders from the United States, it usually takes 4 to 21 business days. For international orders, the delivery may differ depending on the country the order was placed from.

Please note that delivery can take longer than these estimates due to reasons beyond our control. foonie is unable to guarantee a delivery within a specific time frame for all orders.
