An hidden startup screen?

So hi there!
So as any normal people i have an iPhone 4 with iOS 6.1.3 so then i wanted to upgrade to iOS 7.1.2
it was more faster and clear and stuff so then i flashed iOS 7.1.2 in my iPhone 4.
For some reason it appeared the normal Apple Logo but then...
An loading circle appeared down like this one:
Captura.PNG Imagine that the image was iPhone sized and the apple logo is white now it did appear that charging thingy down the apple logo.
