Resolved Email passwords

I'm trying to confirm my Mail email passwords. the email accounts are cox.net and retrieved via Mail.

When I go to Accounts in Mail, the passwords are a series of dots .... is there a way to reveal the passwords?

M1 mac, OS 12.4
