General iCloud documents problem

For some reason I can't see any of my icloud documents through numbers pages etc. They are there on my mac but do not appear on my iPhone 5s. This only seems to have happened since going from ios 8 beta back to 7.

Any ideas guys iv tried the usual turning icloud on and off on the iPhone but still nothing it's very odd
