iPad Air iPad Air M3 microphone

So funny story. I opened my new iPad Air M3 and I notice a spot on the bezel to the right of the front camera. I try to wipe it off and it doesn't go away. I look closer and it looks like the glass is chipped. Of course I wasn't happy but it is so small. I was watching a review of the iPad Air M3 on YouTube today and I noticed the same mark on the bezel. I went to the Apple website, looked at the tech specs, and lo and behold, there is a mic to the right of the front camera, on the bezel. So there is an actual cut out in the bezel. It's supposed to be there. I was shocked lol. Just a public service announcement for anyone else who sees this spot and can't figure out what it is.
