Im a mostly a Android, Windows, and Amiga A3000 User where i have updated rooted android phones to e/OS & lineage OS, updated OS on PC and Amigia computers, but i have never used a Apple product before.
I was given a Ipad 16gb A1395 for free as the owner had no use for it as he couldnt update anything on it and he had forgotten is ID password.
I only have a Windows PC, is there a way of connecting to PC and Rooting the Ipad so that in can use the Ipad as just browsing internet and reading PDF books

Cannot Use YouTube
But Can Confirm Im Connected To Internet As Google Search Works
But Pages Don't Load properly As Safari Is Old
Tried To Download FireFox But Does Not Let Me
Tried Installing SnowBunny (works with older IOS) but could'nt download
Any Help Appreciated
